IGNOU PHD & MPhil Interview Schedule | IGNOU Ph.D. Interview Schedule | January to July 2020 | IGNOU Doctor of Philosophy | IGNOU Master of Philosophy- Every year the University of IGNOU holds their IGNOU PHD MPhil Interview Schedule for the selection of the candidates in Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Programmes. The various courses offered by IGNOU for PhD Programmes are helpful for the candidates to take admission for in that field.
Students need to appear for one entrance examination which is conducted by IGNOU, for getting admission in IGNOU PhD. After giving the examination, candidates are then selected through an IGNOU PhD MPhil Interview Schedule and Procedure which is mainly conducted at the main campus of the university i.e; IGNOU.
Candidates who had previously cleared their UGC- NET or Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST) of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) or GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test In Engineering) of IIT or holds an MPhil Degree or even if the candidate has minimum 5 years of working experience in Practical/ Teaching/ Professional/ Industry, then those candidates had an opportunity of exempting to appear for an entrance examination as they will be called directly for an interview.
Please Note- If the candidate does have any experience in the above fields mentioned, then they have to pass their entrance exams and after that, they will be called up for an interview regarding their selection.
Important Documents (Original) To Be Taken While Reaching For An Interview
- Certificate & Marksheets of Graduation and Post Graduation.
- MPhil Certificate of the course completion including the marksheets with an aggregate of minimum 55% marks in coursework is compulsory.
- Caste Certificate (if any)
- In case of an A1 category, candidates need to bring an exemption proof with the validity period of GATE/ JRF/ NET.
- SSC Certificate (for DOB)
- PH Certificate (if required)

IGNOU PHD MPhil Interview Schedule 2020 – A1 Category
As already mentioned above, all those candidates who had applied for the IGNOU PhD- MPhil under A1 category will be exempted from the Entrance Examination Test, they will have to appear for an interview only after you receive a call for an interview which will be held at IGNOU HQs, STRIDE as per the details provided below.
